I bought two tires, one came apart within a week, and it was replaced, no issue.
Called to see if they had a used tire guy said yes but they close at 3pm we told him we had to come from Millbrook, AL and he said that's fine I'll stay 15 minutes past 3 so y'all can get the tire....we drive 45 minutes just to get here 6 minutes past 3 and Noone is here!! A waste of time and this is the 2nd time this has happened!! Will never use this place again and will not recommend them to anyone!!

Great service! I needed to get two tires patched. The attendant on duty had the tires off the run within minutes and verified the issue. Fixed in minutes. Fair pricing and fast service.
I have a second vehicle that has been in the shop that and have not been able to get by to replace the tire, however Red and I have had around 3 phone conversations, all of which he had a vague memory of, then I come by this morning, and of course the vague memory still plagued him, especially without my receipt, and I understand that, so I went to my house found the receipt and brought it back, Red looks at it, goes and makes a phone call and then tells me, even though we spoke several times, and reminded me (that memory of his, works strangely when it wants too) it had been 3 weeks since we spoke and can't honor the tire.
OK, well, enjoy your victory because you just lost a 7 year LOYAL customer.
The second tire came apart a week later, causing damage to the car, and has been in the shop since.
You could offer me 4 new tires for free and I would turn them down.
Well, atleast we know your word is like your warranty, LIMITED.

Always have done business here, but yesterday I paid $10 to have a tire plugged....It's been awhile, but I don't recall ever paying more than $5...Like I said, it's been awhile! I'm sure that, like everything else is going up in price.
