First time at Jack's, gotta say it wasn't a bad experience. Food was good, service was good, building was clean. The only downside for me was the seasoning on the fries, not that it was bad, just not what I was expecting and at times it was a bit too much. I had never heard of Jack's before, but if I am in the area again, I would not hesitate to stop here and try more items from the menu. They serve fried chicken as well, so it's not just a burger joint. There are several locations in northern Alabama, many of which are in the I65 corridor, which makes for easy access for interstate travelers. I look forward to returning to a Jack's restaurant in the future.
Decently priced, way better burger than most fast food, and options of green beens or mashed potatoes instead of fries was neat. Fries were great though.
I have always had good service here. The employees are very friendly. The dining area and bathroom has been clean every time I have visited.
